From there, we'll develop a preliminary itinerary for your review. We refine based on your feedback until you're completely satisfied with the plan.
How to Find Us
By Train
Edinburgh Waverley Station is a 5-minute walk from our office. Exit onto Princes Street and head west. We're located on the north side of the street.
By Bus
Multiple bus routes stop along Princes Street. The nearest stops are directly outside our building, served by routes 3, 10, 12, 25, and 44.
By Tram
Take the Edinburgh Tram to Princes Street stop. Our office is a 2-minute walk east from the tram platform.
Parking
Limited street parking is available on surrounding streets. We recommend the Castle Terrace car park, which offers hourly and daily rates and is a 7-minute walk from our office.

Do I need to visit your office to book a trip?
Not at all. While we welcome office visits, most clients prefer email or video consultations. We can design and finalize your entire journey remotely.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For peak season travel (May through September), we recommend reaching out at least three months ahead. For off-season or last-minute trips, we can often accommodate requests with shorter notice.
What information should I have ready when contacting you?
Approximate travel dates, number of travelers, interests or must-see destinations, and a rough budget range. If you're flexible on any of these, that's fine too; we can help narrow down options.
Can you accommodate special requirements?
Absolutely. Whether dietary needs, mobility considerations, or specific interests like photography or history, we design journeys around your requirements.
